Returns

  • We have a 14-day return policy from the date your item is received.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.
  • Items returned without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping fees may apply.
  • We may ask for a photo of your return to help improve our product.
  • Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.
  • Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
  • We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Warranty

  • All Barefoot Caribou products include a 1-year limited warranty from the original purchase date.
  • A valid order number or receipt from an authorized seller is required for any warranty claim.
  • The warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship during normal personal use.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
  • To keep the warranty valid, follow product care instructions and do not use the product outside its intended purpose.
  • Claims must include a brief issue description and clear photos showing the defect and product condition.
  • If approved, we may repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.

How to Start a Return or Claim

  1. Gather your order number and product details.
  2. Contact support to request a return and include photos and a short description when relevant.
  3. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.
  4. For exchanges, return the item first. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Returns & Warranty FAQ

How long do refunds take?

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, refunds are credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to one week for processing after approval, and up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued. Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

What items cannot be returned?

We do not accept returns for perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.

Can I exchange instead of return?

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. After your return is accepted, place a separate purchase for the replacement item.

Do EU customers have a cooling-off period?

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must still be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
