Shipping Options

  • Free shipping is available for Amazon Prime customers.
  • We offer $7.96 5-12 day shipping on all orders.
  • Expedited 2-5 day shipping is available through USPS.
  • All orders qualify for $7.96 2-5 day shipping through Amazon Logistics.
  • At the moment, we only ship within the USA.

Fulfillment & Timing

  • We strive to offer same-day fulfillment on most weekdays, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday ship on Monday.
  • Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume.
  • Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.

Order Changes & Shipment Issues

  1. Cancellations must be submitted by email before your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center.
  2. If your item arrives damaged or broken, contact us and we will provide a full refund or return upon reasonable proof.
  3. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact us.
  4. Barefoot Caribou is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are handed to the carrier.
